A CQDG portal update is now available!

New features

  • The data model and submission process now support user-submitted file metadata (e.g., experiments, sequencing analyses, and files for sequencing experiments)

Changes

  • Updated the data dictionary to version 5.5 with file metadata and improved documentation
  • Added new filters in the data explorer (e.g., analysis type, programs)
  • The sequencing platform field now accepts more options
  • The capture kit field on the data files page now contains metadata from the target_capture_kit field provided by the submitter

Fixes

  • Pipeline definitions now accept and display lists
  • Fixed the supported values in the reference genome version field
  • Fixed links in the variant explorer that changed color on mouse hover
  • Fixed the handling of restricted studies

BACQ and NeuroDev studies

  • New quality control on alignment files

With the launch of the portal, the CQDG is proud to provide researchers with a first dataset representing more than 3,300 participants from five studies: CARTaGENE, DEE, BACQ, NeuroDev, and PRAGMatIQ.

This includes more than 84TB of genomic data from 2,944 whole genome sequencing (WGS) runs and 386 whole exome sequencing (WXS) runs.

The portal also offers a bank of more than 90M annotated germline variants.
